TRAINING

 
Black Lion Security has a lengthy process that must be concluded prior to employment. The guards must have a criminal background check, drug testing, interview, and written comprehensive exam completed as part of the hiring process.

The following standards must be met in the training arena:

Pre-Hiring Credentials

	Valid driver's license (minimum driving infractions)
	Pass criminal background check
	Pass drug screening
	Pass reference check (personal/professional)
