EMPLOYMENT

Qualifications:

Black Lion Written Test     Black Lion Application     Black Lion Background Packet     Applicants must have a HS diploma/GED or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed guard positions. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed guard positions. Basic report writing is required. A clean and neat appearance is MANDATORY.

The application process consists of a (3) part packet. This includes the Employment Application, Background Information, and the Written Exam. All submitted documents must be fully completed.  There are (2) two options to submit an application:

Option 1:   Mail fully completed application to the corporate office: 3865 Viscount Avenue, Suite 2, Memphis TN 38118
**Applicants MUST have a copy of their valid Driver’s License, Active Guard’s license, and Social Security card submitted with application.

Also include copies of ANY certification documents {e.g. Chemical agents, or Baton}
** Applicants must fill out the application out entirely. Place the letters (N/A) if not applicable. Do not leave blank spaces.

Option 2:   Applicants can DROP OFF fully completed applications at the corporate office.
